Soliciting Spring Course Proposals
The Academy is in the process of scheduling 25 courses and appreciates your volunteering your time and talent in this way. As a “thank you,” the Academy offers you a complimentary annual membership at the completion of your course.

Dinner at Seasoned Restaurant
Join us for a three-course gourmet meal in a casual dining setting.
Seasoned is a full-service fine-dining restaurant in downtown Glens Falls. Students learn basic food preparation skills, classic recipe breakdown, meat fabrication, fish sustainability, cooking techniques, and plate presentations.

As a prelude to Venice, we will explore additional cities of northern Italy, as well as the beauty of Slovenia. Only 100 miles from Venice, the country offers a completely different geography and experience, combining the best of the Italian, German, and Slavic worlds.

Special Interest Groups
Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are extracurricular learning and recreational opportunities for Academy members. They are designed by Academy members who share a common interest and like to meet outside the normal class environment to enjoy, learn, and share in their activity.
